Abstract:
This article refers to a public services sector within the context of immersion in Digital Culture. The focus is on an institution with approximately five thousand staff members spread across the main cities of the three states that compose the southern region of Brazil (Parana, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina). Focuses on presenting the process of collaborative learning of Ergonomics and Human Factors concepts by a group of Digital Culture workers. It has consisted of a System of training, mentoring, decision-making, and assessment using the social network Facebook as support to ergonomic intervention. It has shown that teaching and learning can also be work activities. In addition to a contribution to professional didactics, this is also pertinent to the field of health and safety at work.Reflections realised within this group of workers have prompted questions about the workplace and the learning place as something indissociable, and therefore as a true intersection between educational, work and digital cultures.
