Abstract:
The concept of Web 2.0 might be quite unfamiliar for some people, while for others it might be a fleeting fashion. In fact, Web 2.0 consists of a set of Internet technologies that facilitate open and participatory work. Its main feature is that Web 2.0 tools allow users to steer the network and interact in a proactive way to improve or transform situations that affect them. In this paper, we will be showing these tools, as these technologies contribute to encourage decentralization and trigger collective creativity.
