Abstract:
Soundscapes, both of nature and of human activity, make up stimuli that, through emotions, positively influence people's learning. Techniques such as storytelling, radio and television broadcasts or the Internet, podcasts, commented readings and soundscapes, among others, show a positive impact on learning, particularly in blind people, achieving diverse and significant nuances through the generation of positive emotions. This impact is supported by the ancestral experience of the teaching/learning activity, based on oral tradition.

This study focuses on the soundscape as a tool for the transmission of knowledge and emotions, due to its versatility of execution, being perceived in its original environment or emitted through sound reproduction systems, recordings in digital format being the most current.

The outline of this paper is as follows: first, a section is devoted to the introduction and justifications related to this paper. Second, we describe the background regarding blind people’s learning, views from students and professors, and experiential learning in Higher Education. Third, a methodology for understanding these actions in the classroom is exposed in this research. Fourth, a brief discussion of the results is carried out and finally, a detailed section is devoted to the conclusions, limitations, and implications in the classroom. Following this, theory of performance and relational development in the classroom is discussed, and experiences are highlighted.
