Abstract:
Recently, several authors point out that the most important aspects for investigating satisfaction and happiness in the classroom are to show usefulness and reduce psychological costs in the learning process. Satisfaction is showing a great interest in Business discipline.

Based on evidences of business process improvements in cultural institutions, this manuscript presents the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in the context of the cooperation between several academic and cultural institutions. From a pedagogical perspective, the case study described in this paper presents the assignation by the Ministry of Culture in Oman to five institutions, including a Spanish university. Moreover, the project was awarded to these organizations but in turn, each of them has outsourced some activities to other institutions.

According to several authors, different pedagogical studies highlight the importance to characterize the experiments described in the literature and the tools used for evaluating those experiments. From a pedagogical perspective, the application of student-focused didactic paradigms shows the usefulness to intervene on certain variables and dimensions at different levels of performance in the classroom.

The objectives of this manuscript are:
1) to describe some learning experiences in Higher Education as a set of evidences causing positive outcomes in the classroom; and
2) to evaluate empirically the main dimensions for satisfaction and happiness in a virtual university in Spain.

This research shows the relevance to investigate several conditions for satisfaction and happiness in the classroom and describe a set of indicators to promote positive learning and teaching experiences to different levels of management.

The outline of this research is the following. The conceptual framework considering academic literature is presented in the next section. Details and design of the methods and materials are described in the third section. Specific findings and discussion are evidenced in section number 4 and finally conclusions, managerial and theoretical contributions are exposed in the fifth part of this paper.
