Abstract:
One of the challenges that every educational institution has, is to train each of its teachers in the use of technologies and specifically in the implementation of e-learning. This challenge must be raised in the best possible way, looking for tools that give support to teachers, both at the time of the training and at the end of training. Mariano Galvez University has implemented the Technological Update Course (CAT) that has allowed the growth of e-learning and b-learning courses. The education of teachers should not be limited to the technological area, but also must be set by didactics and pedagogy that support the use of virtual tools. The greatest success is to build true communities of learning where educators transform themselves in tutors of their own comrades. This is the reality of our university and we will continue to design activities that help in the process of training our educators.
