IMPLEMENTATION OF ICT IN THE ASSESSMENT PROCESSES AT PRIMARY SCHOOL AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Abstract:
The article deals with the issue of assessment processes at primary school. The stated area is solved based on the current educational trends which aim to the improvement of educational process via the ICT implementation. For today’s pupil, ICT is not only a means of cognition and feeling, but also an instrument for the development of personal qualities. The cognition of social environment (so, technology as well) puts demands on the individual both in the emotion area and in the cognitive area. The whole issue is solved in the context of technical education at primary school and its specifics since the technical education itself enables active involvement of pupils (by its interdisciplinary and activity-based nature) not only in the process of creation, but also in activities that are linked to this process. The assessment processes are crucial not only in the realization of technical education but in the whole primary education since they significantly influence the development of pupil's personal qualities. We also currently perceive ICT as one of possible means to personalization, individualization, improve and modernize school assessment at primary schools. The aim of the article is to present the theoretical basis, specific of assessment at the primary education and the possibilities of ICT implementation into the assessment process. The possibilities of ICT implementation in assessing processes are outlined in the treatise theoretically while their contribution to both the pupil and their personal development, and the objectification of assessment from the perspective of the teacher are emphasized.Keywords:
