Abstract:
Globalization is the scenario in which we are currently living and we are all exposed to it. For this reason, it is important that future professionals develop skills that allow them to collaborate in multicultural teams, focus on achieving objectives and use technological tools that allow them to communicate and interact with others remotely.

An improvement project is presented aimed at students in their final year at the university in their performance and preparation for their professional career. We work on the ability to know how to combine and relate skills in different situations. Through an approach in which the competencies are learned as a whole and applied, which has an effect on the general perspective that needs to be acquired by a student to face complex and changing realities of today's world, promoting their creativity, planning and multiculturalism.

The evaluation of students by competencies is a challenge present in any academic assessment process. However, its concept has been considered in a rigid and mechanical way when it comes to relating it to innovation, creativity and multiculturalism.
