Abstract:
The application of the European Higher Education Area to the Degree in Tourism implies the design of teaching strategies that combine the advantages of classroom or on-site training with the flexibility, accessibility and interactivity of e-learning. B-learning efficiently combines the various teaching methods and models and benefits from both online and on-site training.

The initiative presented takes as an example the Economic Structure of Tourism module of the Degree in Tourism from the University of Granada and proposes the design of consolidation and research activities that, in conjunction with development activities, encourage autonomy in learning management by employing the new information and communication technologies as a teaching resource.

The final objective is the development of conceptual, procedural and attitudinal aspects of both the general and specific competencies included in the course.
