Abstract:
The Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) are a key instrument in educational innovation to help teachers to adapt curricular access in case of learning difficulties associated to physical, sensory or intellectual limitations. The different action strategies provided by the ICT to benefit students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) turn them into supporting technologies to help the educational process. Following the work line already explained by the authors in previous works, in this contribution, the use of QR codes as an intermediary to access to educational materials which may help SEN students is presented. The methodology implantation for this technology has been analysed from two complementary approaches. On the one hand, the behavioural approach, based on the reinforcements which maintain the behaviour and the establishment of new behaviours. And on the other, the cognitive approach, to analyse the students learning strategies and their motivations.
