Abstract:
Diverse types of learning are described in this work: formal, no formal and informal. Notions of experiential, incidental and situated apprenticeship are expressed also. Styles of learning are defined how Kolb described them. “Learning style” is understood how a collection of global preferences of each trainee, what makes each fellow might use more this or that learning method, regulating a very personal way of learning. Inter relation and reflection about some teaching and learning methods in medical training are made.
Twenty seven items of a questionnaire to residents of a central hospital and nine items of a questionnaire to their trainers were utilised in this research work. Alpha of Cronback coefficients and factorial analysis were made. A reflection about frequencies results was made.
It was concluded that physicians like doing their apprenticeship in ambient of Hospitals’ urgency services. Those physicians admit however to prefer and learn in a better way in calm ambient and with repetitive clinical cases.
Those consider all the activities in hospital ward, in External Consultation and performance of diverse skills in medical cares and diagnostic complementary tests very important. They regard the most interest in next actions: theoretical communication in service, group work, support and protection to young residents and work done in clinical research projects.Keywords:
