Abstract:
The training specialist in postgraduate medical training include a theoretical and a practice teaching in the university, in the teacher hospital or in the other caring health institution acknowledged by the authorities on this matter. The study plans are above the policies and competency organisms’ orientation. It is included a personal and special participation of the house-physicians candidates for the speciality and they are involved in the service responsibility. They work a fully time and they have an interested participation above all the medical activities.
It is a regulated formation with a very extensive referential. In this educational device the referential system is constituted by one legislative source. The law describe other residency’ duration, the option of traineeships, and the services and institutions where can be teaching. It describe the objectives for every year of traineeship, the objectives for every traineeship and his sequence; it relate full details about the obligatory knowledge and the claimed performance, expressed in technical and medical acts, scientific researches, publications, exhibition posters, as single author, and so on. It is determined the methodology, moments and models of evaluation training.
