Abstract:
The incorporation of the Spanish University into the European Higher Education Area involves changes in the educational model, the passage of the "Teaching University to the Learning University”. This new university education model focused on competencies learning of the students who become the protagonist of the teaching process, and the lecturers who guide the process by activities proposals that lead to students learning. It´s necessary to adapt teaching methodologies in order to achieve independent, meaningful and cooperative learning involved in this new educational model.

Our aims in this paper are on the one hand, the implementation of a teaching methodology supported cooperative learning in order to adapt the Commercial Distribution subject of Business Degree to the new university educational model and on the other hand, to develop a system of shared and continuous assessment for the same subject, Commercial Distribution. The system of continuous assessment corresponds more closely to learning that really got by the student while the shared assessment, in this case by a assessment rubric, involves the student's joint responsibility in directing their own learning and the participation in its mark.
