Abstract:
The use of technological resources in teaching and learning processes has become a challenge that contributes to its improvement in all levels, particularly in Higher Education. Its incorporation in education processes facilitates the collective construction of knowledge and the development of methodologies implementation from an interactive an enriching approach. Therefore, since 2009, the University of Alicante promotes innovation groups of teachers, administration staff and students in order to develop educational activities according with their priorities. This paper presents the experience of one of these innovation groups, TACE (Applied Technology Education Group), that have been interested in several research action lines that have had a positive impact on Education Faculty studies. In conclusion, positive results are encouraging TACE to continue in the same way because the students and teachers satisfaction and performance. So, this experience is configured as a starting point for moving forward and improving quality of teaching and learning processes in Higher Education.
