Abstract:
The information and communications technology (ICT) have become one of the main tools used for teaching, especially for the upper level; however studies have shown that these are not applied in the same way in all educational programs, this is due, perhaps, by the different career profiles, or it is possible that the lack of training in the educational use of technologies or unwillingness on the part of teachers to use them. In this regard it is important to note that as they move ICT, higher education institutions have been forced to make changes that can incorporate in their educational planning, because if it is true that many universities have been concerned about technology, It is also a reality that still continues disregarding the pedagogical part that may lead to a good educational use of them. In addition to this, lawyer's career has been one of the areas of Social Sciences has been doing fundamental changes in their teaching, because for years it has been thought that lawyers should learn only traditional lectures, however in recent years it has tried to supplement those classes with ICT, but so far there are not many studies showing how it has conducted this process; so that is founded on these precepts is intended investigate how teachers Lawyer Career of Centro Universitario de los Altos of the University of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, are using technology in their work and all know if they nurture the learning of future lawyers. For this purpose it is intended to develop a joint research under sequential design, which shows a consistent quantitative analysis qualitative development, and thus interpret and deepen the results. The aim is to design an instrument that will be validated and tested for reliability based on the results obtained semi-structured interviews that help to complement the information obtained in the quantitative part are designed. The results provide a basis for planning a proposal in which the teachers of the law career using ICT in teaching.
