Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic caused educational institutions to implement strategies based on digital tools and resources that allowed them to continue the academic training of the student body. The foregoing led to a questioning of the current teaching models recommending a transition towards a new training paradigm, so it is important to identify both the actions and the incorporated resources that allow a new teaching culture when the confinement ends.
The objective of the research is to assess the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning in postgraduate students in order to determine their level of satisfaction in the virtual, hybrid and new normal modality. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with a correlational scope. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The participants were students of a postgraduate course in administration. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The main results are that Project-Based Learning promotes the usefulness of the contents, increases motivation in academic training, and encourages collaborative work. The conclusion is that Project-Based Learning promotes high student satisfaction and quality in academic training. Keywords:
