Abstract:
The interaction between man and machine has been changing from the end of the 18th, since the first industrial revolution, because of the immense speed of technological evolution; and the natural consequence of this fact is that society, as a whole, also changes. The concept of the industry 4.0 merges 4th industrial revolution (Petrillo et al., 2016) which includes new technologies that allow integration between artificial and biological systems, development of learning techniques for machines, integration and communication between equipment (IoT), extension of physical reality with virtual reality. Thus, it involves machines that use optimization, learning and artificial intelligence for complex tasks, in order to provide much higher efficiencies and better quality goods or services (Bahrin et al., 2016), giving rise to Ciber Systems -physical (CPS), connected through the IOT, using internet-based protocols, analyzing data to predict failures and adapt to changes (Zhou et al., 2016). A society entitled 5.0 was projected for Japan when Industry 4.0 has not yet mapped all of its dominant “machine-man” characteristics. This society 5.0 designed before the covid19 pandemic provided as a premises: (a) Equity of conditions for the entire population in the area of health, income distribution, access to information and technology, political and social empowerment; (b) Achieving a sustainable world and (c) Education compatible with these values. So, Japan to create this model of society sought alignment with the term "Super Smart Society" (SSS), as an evolution of hunting, agrarian, industrial and information societies and cites fostered sustainability as the main factor of this new social organization. by industry 4.0 technologies. The study of the evolution of Industry 4.0 and the utopian Society 5.0 fit together, as they share the same vision, of technological improvement centered on the quality of life of human beings and not only on the improvement of technological capacity. Both argue about the sharing of information between human beings and the machine, and about a new look at human leisure, a condition for the triumph of this model of society that involves people's well-being. So, in this aspect, learning in this industry 4.0 and society 5.0 needs constant updating of form and content. This work seeks to explain how the tools of industry 4.0 and the interaction between human beings are related. It also seeks to explain the concepts of the main authors who understand what education, smart city, super society and the human leisure that will be created. Then, the difference between equity and equality is discussed, and why the first term is one of the main factors that makes the success of this model of society around the globe very difficult. However, possibly human leisure will also be one of those responsible for the lack of success in the implementation of society 5.0, given the lack of preparation of cities to receive human beings, taking advantage of what technology should provide. It will be important for society to have an evolved education and knowledge about advanced information technology, for the success of this model of society. Finally, the work mentions how new technologies become important in the development of intelligent transport models and social resilience in society 5.0.
