Abstract:
In recent years, the work environment and the labour market are changing very dynamically, so that no school can prepare people exactly for a specific job in a particular company. Corporate education is a very current topic that managers of many companies should be aware of, whether they are small, medium or large businesses. For all the businesses of various sizes, education of staff should be a matter of course if they are all about prestige, growth and satisfaction of all the stakeholders. This satisfaction is then reflected in the results, prosperity and efficiency of the companies. Human resources are the greatest capital of each business. Corporate education is one of the means of transforming human potential into human capital. It's the people who represent the driving force, the element capable of learning, innovating, stimulating and making changes, thinking creatively. Human capital is one of the corporate inputs and at the same time a part of the company's market value. Education is the main pillar of professionalism. However, we must be aware of the fact that we are not born professionals, but we will only become professionals after a certain time and education. Education is a process that we cannot speed up, avoid or skip or completely omit in our personal development.
Corporate education options are different, each of them has its own place and its choice varies according to the environment, characteristics of a trained person, topic, budget, previous experience, expectations, trainer skills and preferences. In the article, we will introduce the most popular and most frequent ones, such as e-learning, workshop, role playing, coaching, after action review, etc.Keywords:
