Abstract:

Industrial and academic cooperation research innovation is an effective way to output and transform important scientific and technological achievements, and plays an important role in promoting industrial progress and economic development; There are detailed differences in cooperative innovation research between enterprises with different attributes and scientific research institutions with different research directions, but the overall direction is to promote the implementation and implementation of industry university research.

This paper will take the innovation research projects of industry university research cooperation in developed and non-developed regions as an example:
1) analyze the innovation value, transformation rate and transformation results of innovation industrialization in industry university research cooperation;
2) Analyze the cooperation degree of new products, new processes and achievement transformation in the stage of product innovation;
3) This paper analyzes the certain economic and social value of industrialized products in industry university research cooperation.

The results show that:
1) the scientific relevance of the overall industrial technology development in underdeveloped areas is not high, and there is an imbalance in the development of industry university research cooperation among different industries;
2) The degree of cooperative innovation of industry university research in non-developed areas is low, and the product innovation power of innovation industrialization is insufficient;
3) The overall innovation cooperation degree of industry university research cooperation in non-developed areas needs to be improved.
