Abstract:
The Tutorship is traditionally understood as a process of interaction between teacher-student in which are solved doubts about subjects. But nowadays, the tutorship must be understood as a component inside the educational function.

The action tutorial is an essential element inside the educational action what contribuye to the integral and harmonic development of the student.

The function tutorial of the University professorship acquires special relevance, turning into a fundamental indicator at the moment of measuring the educational quality of the Universities.

The need to provide to the student an integral development that allows him the insertion in the sociolabor world of an active way. This required that the universities provide to the professorship and to the student of strategies that allow them to give response to the difficulties which these are meeting along the formative process

For the development of plans of action tutorial effective it is indispensable to approach the tutorship conceptualizing from a concrete optics of the institution of High Education. To do so the following aspects are essential: the student, the tutorship, the tutor and the techniques and support tools.
