Abstract:
There are many implications that the European Space of Education has in the organization and development of the academic activities in the Universities. It is not easy to conclude which of these activities can be considered the most determinant in their success.

The discussion and the reflection of university institutions and public administrations and the initiatives undertaken from 1999 with the Statement of Bologna, contribute clarity of ideas in this sense, creating without no doubt, keys that are important at the future success of the European Space of Higher Education.

The original declaration involved six objectives: transparency, three cycle degree system, ECTS, mobility, quality assurance and European dimension. To accomplish the objectives outlined in Bologna different actions were developed. The most important actions are: European Qualifications framework, European supplement, methodological renewable and quality assurance systems.
