This paper is the second part of the research on the most important characteristics of a good university professor from the student perspective. Using the scaling technique Thurstone. In it are detailed which sixteen qualities are most valued and how they evolve through four academic courses in the Psychology degree. The Kruskal-Wallis test used to compare the lists obtained in academic courses showed significant differences. In addition, Spearman correlation also showed different orderings. Thus, although qualities like cultural competence, command of the subject, involvement with the subject, motivating, etc. have varied their positions on the charts, the closeness to students is the characteristic most valued by students, regardless of the academic year. This result indicates the importance of taking into account the closeness in scheduling training courses for university lecturers, something which is not always taken into account.
