Abstract:
Right after the period in which the Covid 19 epidemic disease, which temporarily forced the closure of the technical schools of the Institute Federal of Amazon, research, development and innovation (R,D&I) projects where students participate in the development of solutions for the factories in the industrial pole of Manaus demonstrated that there were impacts on soft and hard skills identified by supervisors and engineers who work together with these apprentices. In this article, a group of 20 students from 6 projects were followed, where from a set of interviews and questionnaires, we evaluated a set of attributes relevant to the development of their careers in all fileds of social sciences, presenting the results and observations relevant to the learning process in critical social periods.
