Abstract:
In motivation, communication plays a fundamental role as it establishes what the individual should do, evaluates their performance and guides their own goals to be achieved. In emotional expression, communication is a way in which people express their feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. In terms of information, communication acts as a facilitator of decision-making by providing the right information, transmitting data that can identify and evaluate alternative courses of action. The process of effective internal communication is pivotal to the seamless functioning of a management system within any organization. Conversely, poor communication can give rise to numerous issues within the management system (FitzPatrick & Valskov, 2015).

Organisational factors such as culture, leadership and working relationships directly influence employee performance and well-being. They can lead to success or to physical and psychological problems (Rivas and Linarte, 2015).

Well-being at work has evolved over time, with the importance of employees in organisations being increasingly recognised. Different organisational factors, such as the work environment, psychosocial factors and personal work, influence employee well-being (WHO, 2016).

Sustained innovation and the ability to adapt to change are essential for success in today's business environment. Innovative small businesses can stand out as agents of creative destruction and drive economic growth (Awosusi & Ogbuleke, 2019). Therefore, factors such as innovation, production, quality and internal communication play a crucial role in an organisation's success.

The authors aim to carry out a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the extensive literature relating to key elements such as innovation, production, quality and internal communication. These factors play crucial and interconnected roles that directly impact an organization's ability to thrive and achieve success. By delving into these topics, we seek not only to understand their interrelationships, but also to identify best practices and strategies that can boost organizational performance. This comprehensive review aims to provide valuable insights and an in-depth understanding of the key elements that drive success in contemporary organizations.
