Abstract:
This paper aims to present the material developed to be used in the English classroom with the PCPI group. It consists of three applications containing interactive activities, videos and grammar explanations in digital format. The activities presented are among those created in a workshop with the aim of facilitating the work of teachers who teach in this kind of groups, since they do not often count on specific textbooks.
For the development of these activities, the eXe-learning tool was used, mainly for two reasons. Firstly, it is a free software product, and it also provides access to digital content on the Internet.
For the elaboration of these applications, two main objectives were established. On the one hand, the creation of a bank of resources to be used by English teachers teaching in PCPI groups. On the other, the elaboration of activities aimed at increasing the students’ motivation by means of the use of the ICT and of the contextualization of the teaching of grammar and vocabulary with real English samples. Finally, they were meant to promote the students' self-learning through interactive activities.Keywords:
