Abstract:
The problem. During the pandemic, a lot of remote teaching/learning tools were employed that teachers had not used in their work until then. Some of the tools have become attractive to teachers even after the pandemic. The teachers make decisions on which tools to employ in the post-pandemic period, i.e., to supplement the usual work methods with them. What motives determine the choice of one or another remote teaching/learning tool at the University of Health Sciences?

Qualitative research is applied. Volunteer teachers who apply remote teaching/learning solutions in their work are invited to participate in the study. Administration representatives are also invited to participate in the study. The aim of the study is to determine the dominant motives for choosing remote teaching/learning tools in the post-pandemic period at the University of Health Sciences.

The results will help reveal the teachers' attitude towards their activities, the good practice of applying innovations, and the problems of implementing and applying remote teaching/learning tools. The continuation of the research will be a survey for students to align the interests of teachers and students and improve the teaching/learning process.

The research methods applied are the following: analysis of scientific literature and a survey using open questions. Content analysis is used for data processing.
