Abstract:
When working on a research project, we often forget the importance of communicating our ideas, processes, and conclusions. The main goal will always be to reach a great audience but specially our target, those experts that might be able to expand your research and contribute to the field of study. For that purpose, it is as important to present accurate data as to make them attractive and easily comprehensible for our specific audience.

There are many different aspects to consider, starting with the main goals of the research. Are we thinking about simply leaving a good impression? Or maybe we are interested in future collaborations? or the diffusion of the research?

After that, it is important to consider the strategies that we may follow depending on the main goals set. We will mainly focus on the context and the performance.
Lastly, we may need to think about the presentation of the research, from the thematic, to the qualities and the different formats available that may equally vary depending on the audience.

To illustrate this process that we have created, we will focus on two particularly common cases that most researchers face: the presentation of a paper and a thesis presentation.

Both cases are very different, but they need to go over some common aspects to be considered successful.

The present article pretends to investigate the communicative processes affecting the research industry and develop a plan to improve the results by creating more precise and beneficial interactions among experts.
