Abstract:
Innovation in teaching methods has focused primarily on the application of technological tools over the last decade. However, new methodologies have emerged not to replace, but to share the role of master classes.

This research uses a master class as a starting point, but the innovation this traditional approach proposes is to impart the class outside the classroom. More specifically, we present two experiences conducted in spaces linked to the respective master classes in Financial Management. Hence, this paper belongs to the field of experience-based learning.

The results obtained from the surveys conducted prior to and following the events show that both experiences were welcomed by the students, particularly in regard to aspects such as learning, participation and interaction between the members of the group. We have even observed how the experiences have had a positive impact on the atmosphere in the classroom, bringing the students and the teacher closer together.
