Abstract:
In the framework of a qualitative study, opinions of career counsellors were found out: how to begin and maintain cooperation with teachers and administration of an educational institution more successfully in order to promote the acquisition of career management skills by students in the education process. The study allowed identifying a variety of content units related to initiating and maintaining cooperation: individual talks with colleagues and participation in designing the school’s operation planning documents, conducting practical seminars and workshops on student career development support for colleagues and creating publicly available resource repositories, participating in local teacher conferences and using digital tools in everyday work, creating close contact with class tutors and involving teachers in different career education activities for students, etc.
As a result of the study, conclusions have been formulated for career counsellors on the variety of cooperation forms and involvement opportunities in providing quality support for career development for students in an educational institution.Keywords:
