Abstract:
The CRAYON'S project aims at promoting entrepreneurial skills among young university students and unemployed graduates. The innovation of this project relies in the combination in a very flexible way of different approaches and methods such as design thinking, gamification, Lego(r), and other tools. In doing so the project has produced a training course, a MOOC, and a tool to evaluate a project/business idea that is proving to be very interesting in its application to collaborative and PBL contexts.

The CRAYON's methodology is a very powerful tool to: on the one hand, promote cooperative working, group cohesion and inclusion; on the other hand, to define in a more exhaustive way ideas/projects/proposals that are willing to be implemented. At the same time this proposal contributes to the development of key competences such as communication, collaborative leadership, and conflict's solving, as well as it increases motivation among participants.

Given these reasons, and its flexible and creative profile this proposal has a high potential for being incorporated in the pedagogical and evaluation processes that exist in shools and educative centres, but also in any other context where team and collaborative working is part of the organisational culture.
