Abstract:
The meaning of each person's life lies in the full realization of their talents and abilities. Especially actual self-realization becomes in the educational process. Based on the survey conducted among South Ural State University senior students, there was found a contradiction between the existing personal as well as the social needs for self-realization and the lack of knowledge and skills necessary for its successful implementation.

To eliminate the above mentioned contradictions, we developed a model of educational and pedagogical interaction, aimed at making students ready for their self-realization. This model includes the selection of forms and methods of educational and pedagogical interaction (organization and self-organization, stimulation and self-stimulation, control and self-control) and the array of pedagogical tools (cognitive and creative) during the entire educational process.

Testing of the developed model was carried out among technical students at English classes, which is an academic discipline of undoubtedly high educational opportunities that were used at their fullest during the pedagogical experiment. The results showed a considerable increase in the students’ readiness for self-realization in the experimental group, compared to the control group where the educational process remained unchanged. Thus, the received data proved the model to be successful calling for further work in this field.
