Abstract:

Technology is not just technical means and equipment, it is rather the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, and in this research paper we’ll present our proposed technic which we developed through eight years of research to analyze training programs systemically. We’ll represent our research results in the context of answering the following two questions:

- Why the systemic analysis to training programs? Where we’ll discuss the technic purposes and uses.
- How to analyze training programs systemically? Where we’ll discuss the technic principles, steps and precautions.

Our proposed technic is just a step toward an ambitious project to benefit from technology in the training engineering. In this regard, we welcome any suggestions and criticism by the experts and specialists in order to enrich our work.
