Abstract:
Training program is a human production; specialists control and regulate that production on and on to improve its construction and functions then subsequently its outputs. Until recently training programs were treated analytically, where each part was treated isolated on the whole. Systemic paradigm gives us an alternative manner of thinking and practice which makes us more able to understand and treat the parts in their wholeness.
It’s not enough to adopt systemic vision as a slogan, but we’ve to develop scientific tools which make us more able to embody systemic vision and reap its tangible gains on the ground. In this context, we continue our research –in our specialty- on the principles of Systemic, Chaos, and Complexity theories to develop a scientific tool to treat training programs systemically.
In this paper we’ll present the “Systemic Collection for Training Programs Treatment” which we developed to assist training program treatment with taking into account its specificities as a chaotic and complicated system. By modelling and simulating methods we obtained Systemic Collection for Training Programs Treatment (SCTPT).
Modelling process consisted of four steps: modelling project planning, systemic static modelling of training program, systemic dynamic modelling of training program, then systemic Simulation of Training Program. As a result, (SCTPT) consists of three models: Static model (where time is static), Dynamic model (where events are going on in limited time), Evolutional model (where events are going on in undetermined time).
