Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected and continues to affect the lives of people around the world. We were forced to learn to change our perspective on the functioning of life, the world, and the activities we performed primarily physically had to move to the online environment. One such sector was also schools, which started using meeting programs for teaching practically from day to day. At first it was quite difficult, but over time many got used to it and the system of teaching through online programs began to suit them.

The problem, the complication arose at a time when the measures against COVID-19 weakened and things began to slowly return to normal life before the pandemic, and schools were no exception. Many university students started working in addition to the online form of teaching, and it was difficult for them to return to the school desks, and many still have not coped with it, they are demotivated and do not want to be actively involved in teaching and learning. As soon as we noticed such a problem, we focused on the need to help these students, and we carried out a questionnaire survey of the satisfaction and internal adjustment of the students of our faculty. Almost 120 respondents took part in the survey, and its conclusions were more than surprising. After their evaluation, we implemented several processes to improve student motivation and support their mental well-being. The article focuses both on the questionnaire and on the processes that were implemented after its evaluation and the setting of the student motivation program.
