Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the entire world, both from a human and economic point of view. It is the economic impact that has been neglected for a long time, and many companies are still recovering from the problems caused by the pandemic. In addition to the given impacts, it is also necessary to mention the stress and hopelessness experienced by security managers in order to ensure the operation of organizations even in limited conditions. They often solved the problems of the need for a human factor - a physical protection worker, because he either remained in quarantine or assistance was needed with anti-virus measures such as measuring a person's temperature.
Based on the implemented measures, found out from a questionnaire survey among Slovak and Czech security managers, we have created a unique educational program that is based on and appeals to their practical experience of managing the COVID-19 pandemic. We compared the knowledge gained with data from security agencies that provide staffing to organizations as part of outsourcing. The first graduates went through the educational program and their opinions and feedback are included in the article.
