Abstract:
The pandemic situation caused by COVID-19 has directly or indirectly affected lives around the world, and university students are no exception. Both younger and younger grades had to deal with the transition to an online form of teaching that suited some because it provided more freedom and hindered some for that reason. Even today, there is no consensus among students on what form of teaching would be more appropriate in a given situation. However, what some are unaware of is the impact that online learning has and will have on their personalities. Due to separation and the absence of personal contact, they lose several communication skills, which they will lack in practice in real life. Increasingly, they come across information from companies that speak of the need to learn decency in email or in-person communication between recent graduates.

For this reason, we conducted a survey, the results of which are part of the paper, in order to identify the problems of faculty graduates who completed their studies during a pandemic situation. A total of 70 respondents took part in the survey and the results are quite surprising. In addition to the evaluation and identification of problems, the paper also includes suggestions for improving the situation and mitigating the impact on the graduate.
