Abstract:
In this paper it is presented a reflection of the possible connections between teaching and the figure of the tutorial action plan, particularly in the case of first-year students of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. This will perform a preliminary analysis examining the aims and objectives to be achieved with the figure of the tutorial action plan, examining its relevance to the implementation mechanisms and their relationship to teaching systems. Then it should take into consideration the main difficulties that must be addressed in the practical implementation of the action plan tutorial, in an area such as the on first year students's degree in Mechanical Engineering. It is necessary to explore different ways to improve it, including incentive mechanisms for students and the modes of communication between teacher and tutored students. It is necessary to take into account their interests, so it would connect and facilitate the monitoring of the various teaching systems so it will improve the students adaptation to new University DegreesKeywords:
