Abstract:
This research was based on a development design as a single group quasi-experimental study. The process measure results before and after the experiment. The objectives are as follow: 1) to create enhancing health and well-being with Buddhism yoga program for autistic’s student: a case study of Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (Secondary Education) and 2) to compare results of enhancing health and well-being with Buddhism yoga program for autistic students: a case study of Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (Secondary Education)

The study involved selecting a group of autistic students who were clinically diagnosed with moderate autism. There were 13 - 18 years of age, totaling 13 people. The sample was purposive 8 people. The research tool was a Buddhism yoga program with autistic students. The evaluate health and well-being with physical health, emotional, social and intellectual health assessment form, yoga practice record form among autistic students, interview form, instructional CD and yoga manual. The trials lasted 8 weeks, 3 days each, and took 60 minutes per day. (24 session) We used a pre-test and post-test physical fitness model. And observed the behavior during the training experiment by analyzing the mean values. Standard deviation. The mean score was tested by T-test (Parried sample T-Test). The study was performed by testing of statistical significance at the .05 level.

The results provided insight to the:
1) Creation and development of yoga programs, Buddhist ways and instruction manuals
with electronic media consisting of 6 activities: warm-up, meditation, explanation and demonstration. Yoga animal pose Warming up and storytelling by practicing yoga, 6 poses and training steps, 5 steps of exercise with a conformity index of 0.85
2) Comparison of 4 health promotion results: physical fitness, emotional, social and intellectual better pre-test and post-test the experiment except for the body physical fitness in the list of flexibility There was a slight increase in the average rate. In comparison the results of comparing statistical differences were found that there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level.
