Abstract:

This study is related to a textbook for creative and innovative education in high school, based on the concept of the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” for creative and innovative training in the economy of knowledge of the post-industrial society.

This textbook was particularly created by team members of the University of Ruse for newly formed specialty in secondary school system of the Republic of Bulgaria in the period 2005-2012, conformable to the "Lifelong Learning" program in the design field.

Using certain methods of Serious Games for creative and innovative training and algorithms for individual training in accordance with to specific personality of teenagers, this textbook adapts programs to young talents and is approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bulgaria.
For seven years, the method encourages creative, logical and intuitive thinking in young people and provides a solid base of knowledge and skills for the high school development.
