Abstract:
Purpose:
A research objective is the analysis of the reasons and ways of interaction of students and teachers as subjects of educational process in the conditions of the conflict of values. This purpose is dictated by the painful, complex changes happening in the Russian society: Russia was included into market economy, the social structure changes, its mobility, openness increases. Changes in education are connected with transition to the Bologna system. These and other objective conditions become factors of formation of youth, their system of values and the relations to education. Formation of the personality and system of values of teachers took place in other economic and socio-political conditions. Therefore interaction of the student and teacher during educational process often happens in the conditions of the valuable conflict. Ways of permission of this conflict define the nature of interaction of subjects of education.
Methodology. In a research the methodology of the comparative analysis is used. Authors compare and analyze results of own social and psychological researches of students and teachers and researches of the leading scientific centers of Russia. Concrete social and psychological techniques: questionnaire "Valuable orientations" (M. Rokich), Semantic and vital Orientations test (J. Krambo and L. Makholik, D. A. Leontyev's adaptation); questionnaire of studying of values of the personality (Sch. Schwartz), etc. For processing results methods of the statistical analysis of data (SPSS) were used.

Conclusions:
1. For the last 15-20 years in Russia the new type of the student which values are focused on a pragmatism and individualism was created. At a personal profile of students sometimes there are installations on unselfishness. Such values as unity, integration, justice, legality are rejected. At the same time students are focused on the positive ethical standards accepted in the Russian society (kindness, honesty, responsibility, commitment). It is connected with difficult conditions of socialization of youth and an ambiguity of its social prospects in modern conditions.
2. Besides social and moral values the relation of students to education values changed that is in many respects caused by decrease level of intellectual preparation at high school.
3. The new sense for students fills the concepts "liberty of choice", "democratization of the relations", "level of development of competences".
4. Methodical and interpersonal interaction happens during contradictions of mental incompatibility of teachers and students.
5. If there are no values of work, creativity, group efforts, that individual approach to training doesn't promote formation of the creative independently acting professional's person.
6. Two extreme destructive behavioral models of interaction of the teacher with students differing in a set of values are found. One includes elements of "codependent" behavior. Other extreme model differs in full "indifference" to students from the teacher.
