Abstract:
This paper delves into the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into closed expert systems for education, incorporating content from both internal corporate documentation and publicly available sources such as OpenAI. By utilizing AI algorithms within electronic learning systems, personalized learning experiences are created, tailored to individual learners. These closed expert systems draw upon internal company documentation, including rules, procedures, process descriptions, and externally sourced content from platforms like OpenAI. Through the amalgamation of these diverse content sources, interactive online courses are developed, enhancing engagement and knowledge retention.

AI algorithms, including natural language processing and deep learning, analyze internal documents and OpenAI-generated content to curate personalized learning pathways for learners. By adapting instructional content, pacing, and feedback mechanisms, these systems optimize the learning journey based on individual preferences and learning styles. Furthermore, recommendation systems powered by AI suggest relevant resources and activities from both internal and external sources, enriching the learning experience.

Challenges such as data privacy, algorithm bias, and ethical considerations are addressed through robust governance frameworks, ensuring the responsible use of AI in education.
