Abstract:
A training centre is a place where employees can practice individual work procedures before the actual start of work. Here they can master all the basic processes that affect them during their work and avoid unwanted disorders. If a company wants to achieve the best possible results in the company, to meet strategic goals, it must pay attention to employee training. Today, skilled employees are increasingly in demand in the job market. Of course, if the company already has such employees and wants to keep them, it is necessary for return for them to do their best to make them feel satisfied and to be able to prove their abilities to the surroundings.

This paper deals with the design of training centres for technical positions. The centre will serve not only for new employees for example maintenance, process engineers, programmers, operators but also for established workers who will be able to continuously improve their skills. As part of building a training centre, it is necessary to initially define the goals that the company wants to achieve.

In the training centres, it is also possible to try out the repair of individual machines. After such advanced training, the employee can react quickly in a real situation and eliminate the fault in the shortest possible time. This can increase the efficiency of the equipment.

The benefits are summarized in the conclusion of the paper such as higher employee satisfaction, higher level of training, interesting way of training, gaining new knowledge before entering production, the possibility of verifying the functionality of this type of training centre, increasing staff qualifications, new employees can rather independent in production, with the help of virtual reality it is possible to display inaccessible places on the machine, increase the level of the company - approach to the digital factory if more employees are trained, one works with virtual reality and the others have the opportunity to watch what is happening on the monitor. The price of the station's virtual training also includes the software itself, hardware (touch monitor, tablet PC, display device - glasses), while the licenses do not need to be renewed.
