Abstract:
One aspect that is less addressed in the curriculum of the university is related to how to communicate the proposals in a project, the results obtained, or how to develop this project in an agile and effective way. This lack of training in areas less theoretical and more social is notorious for example when the student defends the Degree Final Project by an oral presentation in an examining board. Also, the companies insist that this is a weak point system for graduated students.

Therefore, we try that students develop both communication skills (oral and written) and for teamwork, and also implement a work that will serve as a study, review and consolidation of the item in question.

In this paper an experience for students of Engineering in order to develop work as a team is presented. We discuss issues such as the division into small groups, why and how, tasks to be done by these groups of students, the results obtained by students, and the selected way to assess.

The conclusions that we have achieved are positive both from students and from teachers, and the subject. This positivity is reflected subsequently in the marks obtained by students.
