Abstract:
The date when we will have to apply, on a mandatory way, the so-called Bologna process within European universities is coming. There are several universities that already are implementing fully or in part this new way of understanding the educational system, but the forms or types of implementing this process vary from one university to another and even within the same university there are variations among centers, degrees and departments.

In the careers of Engineering of Spain is not yet fully defined the framework within which we will have to move: how many credits each subject will have, in which year they will be taught, and so on.

However, many, if not all, of the Engineering School are making an effort to adapt to the new system. In this sense, and although all preparation courses and all theoretical papers for deployment of Bologna in the degrees fight for a good planning before starting the new establishment, the reality is that the way to implement Bologna is often chaotic.

In this paper we propose some measures to take in order to the chaos becomes order, as well as some tips to avoid being attracted by the dark side of Bologna, which also has it.
