Abstract:

This paper introduces an interactive software, OneSolution, that can be implemented in various kinds of businesses. The recent economic downturn has forced companies to examine and rectify their business processes. The effectiveness of having powerful data and analyzing it to improvise a possible problem can entice a company’s decision making process. There are many ERP softwares in the market which lack the scope of customization and can be extremely expensive to implement.  OneSolution will be able to examine various inputs from finance, marketing, operations, human resources and various other departments and recognize the key issue or the common problem being encountered at a period of time. After recognizing the problem, employees from all departments will be able to give their inputs into the system which will create a grid of common solutions for a particular problem.  It will be a company’s personalized problem solver software which integrates different solutions to a particular issue by integrating all departments. Businesses of all kinds will be able to use and synchronize it into their technical software systems. It will be a cost effective solution  and will be available to employees at all levels to contribute to their company’s success. OneSolution will be able to capture structured data such as sales, finished goods and financial transactions and analyze the data to highlight a common problem within different departments. As the solutions are provided by the employees,  OneSolution will automatically create a grid of solutions. OneSolution will not only recognize a problem but empower the employees by involving them in the decision making process. The three most powerful tools that this software will provide is problem-solving grid, employee empowerment and speed. OneSolution, being a cost-effective solution when integrated within a business, can make problem-analysis and rectification extremely efficient and would solve a lot of present day problems that are faced in various arenas of businesses.
