Abstract:
This article analyzes the problem of distance learning in the discipline "General physical training" at the Arctic State Agrotechnological University during the period of self-isolation. The transition to distance learning, in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection in educational institutions of higher education, showed both positive and negative trends, the need to adjust the methods and organize independent work of students using various technologies to increase the motivation and interest of students in physical development.

During the pandemic, many scientific articles have been published on the problems of distance learning and education. Many Russian universities have been preparing for the transition to distance learning for more than ten years. So, in 2012, we conducted a survey among university teachers about the level of innovation in the form of online learning, at that time 3.3% of teachers used online learning, 14% used the Internet for educational purposes. Today, innovative technologies have been intensively developed, and in connection with the pandemic, almost all educational organizations have switched to distance learning.

For distance education, universities have developed educational online programs, such as Moodle, electronic sheets, etc., social networks are actively used. But distance learning in the subject "General physical training" at the university according to the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) is 100% practical and is aimed, first of all, at the physical improvement of students, health promotion, development of functional capabilities of the body, harmonious development of the student's personality. Analysis of the literature on this issue, the experience of distance learning with the use of innovative technologies at the university showed the insufficient effectiveness of distance learning in the discipline "General physical training".

It is also important to note the regional peculiarity, living conditions of the population, natural and climatic features (long severe winter, short daylight hours), which do not allow being outdoors for a long time and actively training, therefore, self-isolation practically immobilized the urban population, since all sports facilities were closed. and living conditions for the majority of the population are cramped due to the high cost of living space, heating and electricity. Thus, distance learning students could study only in a limited space at home. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: a review of the literature on the topic, a statistical analysis of spring tests on the general physical fitness of students of 1, 2, 3 courses, independent jogging of students with the adidas Running application, living during the distance learning period in different regions of the Republic of Sakha ( Yakutia) and abroad (Mongolia, Tajikistan).

In the distance learning system, the main forms of educational interaction between students and teachers have become individual-group, frontal using electronic systems based on the LMS platform and Internet technology, network telecommunications: Moodle, Zoom, Google resources, Youtube, WhatsApp, as well as the Adidas Running application for running. ... The introduction of social networks into the educational process for the running community, in our opinion, has increased interest in running.
