Abstract:
It used to be enough to learn digital skills at school. Unfortunately the development of digital services and software has become so fast that we need more. While our substance skills develop throughout our career our ability convert them to effective day-to-day work weakens with our inability to navigate the digital world.

The solution to this is to integrate skills development to work. We must change learning from being an extra benefit to a path to productivity. Skills development needs to be fast and agile when needed and profound when required. Skill levels need to be surveyed, goals need to be set and results need to be confirmed.

Training as a Service does this. TaaS enables students to find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently, test their skills, study online as well as learn onsite. Our sufficient skills model ensures that students learn the needed but not the extra. Less is truly more in the when time is scarce. Alongside our reporting system shows skill development, test scores and training participation at a company, team or even individual level.
