Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the education system around the world. In the Russian Federation, as well as in other countries, the educational process during the pandemic was quickly transferred to a distance format or home school mode. The changes have affected and weakened the processes of organization, management, implementation and control of educational activities, since logistics and digital pedagogy (E-learning) are very different from the logistics and pedagogy of full-time (classical) education.
And, as a result, the changes that took place were reflected not only in the short term, but also in the long term, on the educational results of students at all levels of education.
The task of identifying sensitive (significant) indicators that can "catch" the effect of unforeseen external impact on educational outcomes is currently relevant in the Russian Federation.
The set of significant indicators of the achievability of learning outcomes at the school level that we have compiled makes it possible to visualize the degree of influence of unforeseen external influences. These indicators will form the basis of management decisions aimed at minimizing the negative consequences caused by the pandemic, as well as finding effective approaches to reduce the recovery period in the general education system.
The list of indicators is determined based on the results of the state final certification of graduates of the ninth and eleventh grades in the Russian language and mathematics. These subjects are compulsory for all graduates of the eleventh grade. Data visualization was carried out on the example of one of the regions of the Russian Federation. The state final certification for all educational organizations throughout the Russian Federation is carried out in the format of standardized exams under surveillance. The results of standardized exams have a high level of reliability.
At the first stage of the study the indicators list includes the solvability of individual tasks (correlated by the codifier in the period under review 2019-2022) and the completion of a block of tasks with a freely constructed answer (part C). Part C diagnose functional literacy and / or readiness for learning in higher education establishments. This indicators list is expected to be expanded in the future.
The article will demonstrate the results of calculations and draw conclusions.
Research results:
The indicators we have conducted, which are the educational results of students, allow us to expand the list of indicators of mandatory annual state reporting provided by each educational organization. Currently, the analysis is carried out only at the level of average scores. The visualization of the proposed indicators will be presented in comparison with the distribution of average scores, which, as shown by our analysis, smoothes the existing patterns.
The article was prepared as part of the implementation of the state task of the FIRO RANEPA.Keywords:
