Abstract:
This educational work consists on 10 short video projections (around 2 minutes each one) of showing each sugar processing phase of (Projection by Windows Media Player software). In order to avoid replacing teacher activity or projecting a simple short film, students must fill out a document with blank spaces where fundamental concepts considered by course university teacher must be written. By filling these questionnaires we avoid passivity and absenteeism risks by students. These questionnaires correspond to slides with blank boxes to fill in each video. Using this methodology students learn fundamental concepts of industrial sugar processing. As they watch the professional reality of industrial processes developed during the class. All videos are freely available on the Internet due to the kindness of sugar producer companies.

This learning technique is easily reproducible in any other subject. Since only requires a computer and video projection easy access software.
