Abstract:
The process initiated in the Spanish Universities, since the Declaration of Bologna and the construction of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), has led today that within the university, both the improvement of teaching quality and its management are areas crucial such as the teaching and research. University management is a process that depends on the academic management of undergraduate training, postgraduate training, research as well as extension management. Often, when talking about university excellence, the emphasis is placed on strengthening research in front of teaching, and also, in postgraduate training in front of the degree. As a result, management of the degrees appears peripherally as a milestone that has already been achieved that does not need to be continuously strengthened and improved. However, the grades group the largest number of students as well as teachers. In the Faculty of Politics and Sociology, the number of undergraduate students is 3510, while there are 557 in master's degrees and 515 in doctorate, the former being the ones that often have fewer administrative resources.

In addition, as the processes of evaluation, certification and accreditation, which are mandatory, require the availability of information and the implementation of actions that go beyond the task in the classrooms and show the set of resources and actions that it puts in place. Consequently, it becomes essential to design strategies that improve this area of undergraduate academic management with tools and action protocols that coordinate the degrees that are developed within the same faculty. This is the case of the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology, which teaches eight different degrees under the Coordination of the Deputy Dean of Studies of Degrees and the Commission of Coordinators of Degrees and the Delegate of the Dean for Quality.

The accreditation processes already passed by the degrees of the Faculty have been an opportunity that we believe should be used not only to verify the achievement of the established university education, but also to integrate improvement plans.

The project we have developed has had the following objectives:
1) Develop Digital Protocols and Tools in the Teaching Management of the degrees mainly focused on the Final Degree Project and on the Credit Transfer and Recognition Systems.
2) Strengthen and cover the gaps in the Support Programs for students through Digital Protocols and Tools aimed at aspects such as internationalization, employability, guidance and educational advice, the reception and monitoring of students.
3) Design and experiment Specific Protocols and Digital Coordination Tools Teacher.
We are currently in the design and development phase of these activities.
