In these challenging times of uncertainty, it is imperative for academic institutions to cultivate a strong sense of belonging among faculty, staff, and students. This presentation aims to explore innovative strategies and initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive environment, particularly in the context of implementing new student programming amid a global pandemic and construction challenges. By emphasizing collaboration and teamwork, we can build resilience, boost morale, and overcome obstacles that may arise during these uncertain times. It is important to create a platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and solutions that will empower academic institutions to not only navigate through uncertain times but also thrive in the face of challenges. Flexibility and collaborative problem-solving ensure that student engagement events can pivot to address our times of uncertainty.
